I also serviced and cleaned the unit. Unit works flawlessly. *NOTE I will take out and pack the Glass Ionizers in bubble wrap inside the item to make sure they do not break. You will have to reinsert them when received. I can talk you through it piece of cake. These glass plates are very fragile. Also the unit does have a small chip on the top rear right corner. Insurance is optional/extra. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged uninsured items. International shipping may be more.
