Manufacturing time for this spa is generally within four weeks from the date full payment is received and shipping is usually within 7-10 business days after the spa is manufactured. Shipping insurance protects buyers from the possibility of shipping damage that they would not be able to see during a visual inspect of their unwrapped spa at delivery. What does shipping insurance cover? It covers shipping damage that could not be seen during the visual inspection at delivery with the hot tub unwrapped (for example, if something inside the hot tub cabinet is damaged, shipping insurance covers this). It does not cover any damage that could have been seen during the visual inspection at delivery with the hot tub unwrapped. Can I switch the item I won or get the item at a discounted price?
