CARVED MARBLE 4 SEASONS STATUES We are offering for sale four gorgeous Carrara marble hand carved garden statues depicting the four seasons, which will look just perfect in your antique style garden, on the side of a door, in an architectural niche, etc. Each maiden carrying the attribute of her season. Spring depicted with bouquet of flowers and a basket. Summer carrying wheat sheaves and holding a sickle. Autumn with fruits. Winter under a hood with a torch lit urn in hand. They are about ¾ of life size - each one measures about 49” tall.  They are all solid pieces of marble hand carved all around with fine details.  Originally they were supposed to be on a plinth because when they sit on the ground their heads turn down and you can’t really see their amazing angel like faces.They are for sale without pedestals, just the statues. For the right impression they need to be raised four to five feet above the ground. Brick or concrete pedestals can be built to support them. They are solid pieces of marble, really heavy and need four men just to move them.  All four statues are in fine condition, all fingers are present, no cracks or chips, except for Summer that has a broken piece on the base, which was glued back. It is an old repair, which is hardly noticeable, especially if the statues will be raised on pedestals. With Buy it Now option we will ship these items free of charge in the United States.
