This is a 16x20x17 barn style building.  It comes with 4 large windows, 1 set of double doors (72" wide), 1single door (36"wide), and 1 set of steps (36" wide) with hand rail and pickets.  You also have the choice of 25yr shingles in black, gray, light or dark brown.  The siding (smart panel) comes primed and is warranted for 30yrs by the manufacture. The ramp, shutters and lattice on the display pics are extra. The building is set on four 4x4 treated runners, with 2x6 treated floor joist 12" on center.  The first and second floor are both sheeted with 3/4'' T/G flooring.  The second story floor is built out of 2x10s 12" on center.  The walls are built out of #2 grade 2x4s 16" on center.  The roof is framed out of 2x6  24" on center, then sheeted with 7/16 osb. The building also includes 1x4 trim and 2 gable end vents.   We are willing to construct this building anywhere within 250 miles of Knoxville, Tn at no additional charge.  We are willing to travel to areas outside the 250 miles of Knoxville, Tn for an additional travel fee. I have been building storage buildings for 8 yrs.  I have contracted for Heartland (the company that installs for LOWES) and Classic Manor (the company that installs for THE HOME DEPOT).  We started our own business ( May Mini-Barns ) three+ years ago, and untill Dec. 2006 had only serviced the east Tennessee area.  Since December (06) we have built in 15 other states, WV, VA, NC, AL, GA, FL, LA, OH, IN, KY, NH, CO, SC, MD,PA and have built many more here at home.                The customer must provide a sufficient power source within 150 ft. of building site.  An additional fee will be added for any leveling over 12".  Delivery truck must be able to get within 75 ft. of building site, otherwise a delivery charge will be added.  Buildings do NOT come painted.  Buildings do not include felt paper or anchors, unless added to the order.  All building permits, zoning restrictions, set backs, site preparation, and restrictive covenants are responsibility of the customer.   TN residents are required to pay sales tax.
