What you are purchasing is a 12'x16'x12' (LxWxH) Tall barn/storage building completely stick built on your lot and ready to paint. This building could be used for a workshop, storage building, garden shed, or cabin retreat. It comes complete with 2 windows, extra wide 60" double doors and a 4'x12' loft which adds storage and utilizes the height that this building offers. More lofts can be purchased to give you even more storage if necessary. I use all A grade material. No factory seconds or salvage lumber here.  Construction features include treated 2x6" floor joists 16" on center, heavy duty 3/4" tongue and groove water resistant Advantech flooring. This flooring is designed to take several soakings and is used on most new home construction today, it's perfect for a shed. Wall framing is #2, kiln dried 2x4's 16" on center with double top plates. Siding is 3/8" pre-primed, treated SmartPanel siding that's engineered to withstand mildew, termites, warping and buckling. SmartPanel is an 8" on center vertical siding that resembles the look of rustic, sawn cedar and very beautiful when painted up. If you're wanting a stained look then I can use the traditional 5/8" plywood T1-11 siding for an additional fee.  The price listed is for me to come and build this building on your lot within a 250 mile radius of Bluefield WV.  I build in WV, VA, and parts of NC and KY only. The build site must be truck accessible and level within 20". I need power within a 150' of the site. I do no excavating and these buildings DO NOT come painted. All building permits, zoning ordinances, and covenant searches are handled by the customer. I'm a licensed and insured contractor who has been running my own business of building sheds and cabins in the states of West Virginia and Virginia for 9 years.
